What is virtual interior design?
Virtual interior design is a fully remote service. I provide expert guidance and custom design solutions without the need for in-person meetings. Everything is delivered online, including consultations, mood boards, layouts and recommendations, so you can implement the design at your own pace.

How do your virtual design services work?
My virtual design services follow a simple, structured process:
Do you offer in-person consultations or site visits?
No, I specialise in virtual design services. All consultations, design work, and communication are conducted remotely via video calls, email, and the client portal.

What’s the difference between your design services and hiring a traditional interior designer?
My services are more flexible and affordable, designed for clients seeking expert guidance without the cost of full-service interior design. Since everything is done remotely, there are no in-person meetings. You’ll receive all the tools you need to implement the design yourself.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies depending on the service you choose and the size of your project. You can find more details on my Services page. I’ll assess your project needs and send you a tailored quote.

How do I pay for a service?
Stripe securely processes all payments. An upfront consultation fee is required before our first virtual meeting; however, this cost is deducted from your final quotation price. Once we confirm your service package, you’ll receive an invoice with a payment link.

Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, payment is required upfront before work begins. However, for larger design services, a split payment option may be available upon request.

Are your digital products a one-time purchase or subscription-based?
All digital products (e.g., DIY guides, mood board kits) are a one-time purchase with lifetime access. I’ll inform you if any updates are made to the digital products you’ve purchased.

Do your prices include GST?
No, I’m an Australian sole trader with an ABN, but I’m not currently registered for GST. That means my prices are GST-free and you won’t be charged any additional tax.

Process & Deliverables

How long does the design process take?

How will I receive my designs?
I’ll upload all design deliverables to your client portal. There, you can access plans, recommendations, shopping lists, and implementation steps.

Can I request changes to the design?
Yes! Most services include one round of revisions. If you need additional changes, you can book extra consultation time.
How do I access my digital products after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email.

Are digital products refundable?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if you have any issues accessing your files, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist.

Do your prices include GST?
No, I’m an Australian sole trader with an ABN, but I’m not currently registered for GST. That means my prices are GST-free and you won’t be charged any additional tax at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Booking & Policies

How do I book a service?
You can get started by filling out the Service Fit Form here. After reviewing your needs, I’ll let you know which service I believe is the best fit for you and your project, and we can proceed from there.

What happens after I complete my questionnaire?
After you submit your service specific questionnaire, I’ll send you:
What if I need to reschedule my consultation?
I understand things come up! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee.

Do you offer refunds on services?
Once I have started on your design work, services are non-refundable. However, if you have concerns, please reach out and I’ll do my best to find a solution.
